Warranty Management
Once a project is handed over the warranty period starts. Here CND has been contracted in the past to support their clients on the warranty management. For example CND handles all the communication between the construction company, the various suppliers and the Client and makes sure that rectification works are carried out in a qualified and timely way. Once the warranty period comes to an end CND organizes final inspections and makes sure that final warranty and contractual issues are properly handled in the clients interests.
